Yoga, jumping forward explained
Hi everyone,
Here a little tutorial about jumping forward from downward facing dog pose / adho mukha svanasana to standing forward bend/ uttanasana. Have fun practicing it, you’re working on your upper body strength and core strength while you’re at it!

Whenever I watch your video, downward facing dog and forward jumping you do it very easily, nicely and beautiful way. I tried many times could not do it, recently my eyes caught this video and you explain the secret, now I will practice in a right way. Thank you for the valuable explanation,love you,
