Hipbones
When I talk about hipbones, I’m talking about it in relation to core stability. If you place your hands on your hips, the hip bones are the bones you can feel pointing to the front of you, and I’m usually saying something like “ Move your hipbones towards each other” . If you give it a try you will notice that to be able to do that you’ll have to use your stomach muscles and you’ll draw into your core.
