<description>Hi - amazing and its looks so easy.

I attend a yoga class just once a week for an hour. I feel good after it even though it is at 9am on a Sunday morning after being moved from 11am. Which meant more time to catch up on sleep.

Could you advise? These past few weeks I am having "hot flushes" i think. It is like there is hear being generated from the waist up to the forehead. Just comes on at any time. I have also got to feeling overworked and suffocated but then this could be to do with work committements as i do work for myself.

I am 49 years so if it is the beginning of the menopause what would you suggest I do.? What exercises, poses, food, breathing etc should I do to alleviate this rush of heat. love your site.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
