Is this pose safe to do when you are pregnant?
Comment by Ellen Jun 29, 10, 2:51 amHi Ellen, if you have not done this pose regularly before you got pregnant I wouldn’t recommend it, it is a very strong stretch on your abdomen. Besides that it all depends on the person and how far you are etc. So if you are not sure, don’t!
