Breath meditation and yoga
Hi everyone,
Here a pranayama exercise breathing in tot the count of eight and breathing out to the count of eight that continues into a short meditation. Hope you enjoy it and that it may make you calm and peaceful!

I have been having a very crazy couple of weeks (getting laid off because of the economy and graduate school work), and have been feeling very overwhelmed even though I’ve been practicing my yoga. This video, which I just did during my lunch break, was extremely helpful with calming down my mind and letting the tension in my body go (even though in some parts of my back I can actually feel where that tension was living). Thank you for your videos. They are really helpful in these crazy times.

Hi Esther,
thank you very much for this video. I have never tried meditation before because I didn’t know the proper way to do it. Your video helped me to understand meditation better and it really created a feeling of calmness and peace inside of me. Thank you again for your videos. I am very grateful that you create such wonderful Yoga pieces and post them on your website.

I´m a yoga teacher in Portugal, sometimes I look for others in you tube and I found your space very beautifull.
