Guided Meditation Through the Chakras
Hi everyone,
Here a meditation you can do to help balance the chakra’s if you feel a bit out of balance.
The chakra’s are energy centers along the spine, beginning at the base of the spinal column and moving upward to the top of the skull. The chakra’s have different meanings and an imbalance in one chakra can tell you something about yourself. It works also the other way around, if you have (for example) trouble communicating, or you find it difficult to listen to people, it means there is an imbalance in your troat chakra.
In this meditation you bring your awareness to all the different chakra’s and you focus on the colours that correspond with them. with awareness you allow energy to flow and that can bring about balance.
Enjoy it.
Esther

Hi Esther
Comment by Juan Carlos May 09, 09, 4:41 pmI am a fan of you I am started about four months to practice everyday yoga with yogatic. I woul like to improve from beginners to advance but I am not sure How. In your page there are a lot of videos but I would like to know a sequence of videos and to know how to test myself in order to advance. I am very grateful with your video classes because it helped me to be more optimistic and open minded. Thank you
Hi Juan,
Comment by Esther May 20, 09, 2:51 pmI’m glad you are enjoying the video’s so much!
With regards to advancing yourself, it is also a good idea to go to a life yoga teacher now and than and let him/her check that you haven’t picked up any bad (unconscious) habits doing your yoga, before you think about the next step. I find it difficult to say anything about advancing yourself without you being in my class. I can only do so much over the net and in the short clips.
I have a dvd that will be for sale soon and in that are also quite a few strengthening exercises that you need to be able to do in order to safely advance. flexibility but also (core) strength is important , to do more advanced poses safely.
As well you can find challenge in staying aware and present in what you do, as if you do it for the first time every time, aware of every breath.
Don’t rush it, enjoy the process!
be well,
Esther
Hi Esther,
Thank you so much for this meditation video! I have been doing yoga only since last October, but I recently began to meditate and look into Transidental Meditation. Do you have experience with TM, and if so I would appreciate your comments on it.
Again, thank you so much for your videos. I really enjoy your teaching style and the poses you present! :)
Best,

Hi Rachel,
Comment by Esther May 22, 09, 6:47 amI haven’t done TM meditation myself, so I cannot comment on it too much. If you’re attracted to it, go for it. Its all about finding something that gels with you. I’ve heard good things about it from people I trust!
Let me know, if you do, what you think of it yourself…
be well,
Esther
I have always had difficulties doing meditations, but this really made a difference. A chain of events brought me here tonight, but it was worth every step…
You are a good teacher.

hi Esther,
It’s really surprising how it feels to visualitze chakras. Not only I felt how they opened (although maybe they didn’t) but the energy running through my body. It was raining cats and downs and maybe it increased my sensations (could it be?). Never felt it so strong before. It was awsome. A unic expirience I can wait to repeat.
Thanks for sharing it.
