		<description>Hi Esther, I agree with all that this excercise is really great. Frog pose is nice and fun :) How about tight feets and areas around ankles? Which pose could help increase strength around knees?</description>

		<description>I am a runner and I&#039;d really like to be able to do this pose but I&#039;m not flexible enough. When I try to bend my hand around I can&#039;t push my foot because I cannot flex my leg enough. Is there another pose that you would recommend instead or a modification for beginners to release in the upper thighs?</description>
