Hi everyone, practicing yoga with this yoga video can really shift your mood. Try this little sequence out when you feel down and observe the difference in how you feel. Whenever I feel down, and do yoga I always feel more balanced and happier after. I hope you do too!

The poses I demonstrate oin this sequence are:
cat pose / marjaryasana
cow pose / bitilasana
downward facing dog pose / adho mukha svanasana
half lord of the fishes pose / ardha matsyendrasana
head to knee pose / janu sirsasana
seated forward bend / paschimottanasana
bridge pose / setu bandha sarvangasana

About your sweating, Yoga in general helps to relax the nervous system so in general you will get anxious less, especially if you focus on your relaxation everyday. As well excessive sweating can have as a reason a shortage of magnesium, you could try and take a supplement for a while and see if that works, ask your local health food shop. Apple cider vinegar with honey in some water also helps a lot of people with sweating, 2 teaspoons in 8 ounces of water 3x a day.
