I&#039;m glad you are enjoying the website. About your sweating, Yoga in general helps to relax the nervous system so in general you will get anxious less, especially if you focus on your relaxation everyday. As well excessive sweating can have as a reason a shortage of magnesium, you could try and take a supplement for a while and see if that works, ask your local health food shop. Apple cider vinegar with honey in some water also helps a lot of people with sweating, 2 teaspoons in 8 ounces of water 3x a day.
