		<description>Hi Sirius,
Very good, keep up the good work.
Best time of the day for me is first thing in the morning. Posture wise, a straight back is important, so you can also meditate sitting on a chair, or with your legs straight, as long as your back is straight and you don&#039;t lean backwards. When you meditate regularly the benefits will speak for themselves and are different for everybody. Do it for a few weeks regularly and let me know what you feel the benefits are, I don&#039;t want to put expectations in your mind, you might miss out what it can do for you personally. The meditation you described sounds fine, just follow your intuition.
Good luck,
Esther

and when can i do it properly?

also i did for many times with my legs straight forward and put all my thoughts or in ther word concentrate in the center of my belly, and breathing. i do that only for five minutes for relaxing.
