Puppy Dog Pose / Anahatasana
Hello Everyone,
If your upper and/or middle back needs a good stretch,..
If you shoulders are tight and you want relief..
If you want to live your life with an open heart, and open mind?
Than this is your pose to practice! Hold it for 3-5 minutes, it is great. Also it is a great warm up if you want to practice deeper back bends.

But nothing loosened those tight spots on my upper back (I tend to tuck my neck in when I’m stressed)… I want to thank you for reminding me of this pose, it works like magic :)

Now I practice it almost everyday to relieve stress in the upper body after spending the entire day working at the computer.
