Side Crow
Hi Everyone,
Here a challenging arm balance for you to practice. Some of you might be so lucky to get it straight away, most people will have to actually practice this, and you might fall out once or twice too, so did I when learning it :() So don’t get put off by it, when you do make it its a great achievement for yourself. Anyhow, enjoy the learning as much as the result!
the pose I demonstrate here is:
side crow pose / parsva bakasana

Hi Esther!
I just tried that then! for some reason I did it on the opposite side to how you did it but I can’t figure out how to do it that way. It was really challenging but fun at the same time.
Thanks for the great videos,
Michelle

ESther- Thanks fr all your yoga videos. Keep adding new ones. I’m a runner, so more that work on stretching the front thighs, hamstrings, lower back, and calves would be very nice.
Excellent job. I agree longer sequences of 10 or 15 minutes would be nice too.
You look great.
