Vinyasa Yoga Flow 2 – Strength, Balance & Twists

Here a flow of poses to build up strength and balance. It has a few twists in it to keep your spine healthy and to squeeze out your organs :)

warrior II / virabhadrasana II

extended side angle pose / utthita parsvakonasana

lunge high with twist position / ardha parivrtta parsvakonasana

reversed warrior II   – parivrtta virabhadrasana
