Yoga and Weightloss (part 1)
Hi everyone,
Here I discuss how yoga can help you lose weight, also at the end I take you through a visualization to begin your journey in becoming slimmer and healthier. To be able to lose weight you have to at least be able to imagine yourself being thinner and feeling better about yourself, so your mind knows and understands what it’s working towards. This visualization (that you can do yourself after you’ve done it once with me) is something that you want to repeat often, if possible every day to keep you motivated and disciplined. This is part 1 of a series of 4.
I wish you all the discipline in the world, and a subconscious mind that agrees with becoming thinner and healthier :-)

Yoga for weight loss series:
Part 1 – Visualisation of the series is still in a way the most important exercise, because if your subconscious mind stops believing that you can and will be healthier, stronger and thinner soon, than you can exercise and work out al you want but it won’t happen or stay.

Part 2 – Getting Moving! is also important because it works on getting you to move more, so work on yourself believing it and then go and do the work!
Part 3 Abs and Core This is all about stomach and abs routines which are very effective for strenghtening your core and trimming your tummy…
Part 4 Thighs and Butt This video focuses on burning it off your thighs and butt – and enjoyable yoga routine

You are Heaven-sent! Thank you very much for being an online advocate of health and wealth through very doable yoga exercises you are clearly demonstrating to me, and to the whole world!
I have a fist-size myoma uretri and bulging varicosities on both lower extremities, that I strongly refuse to be removed by surgery. I simply believe that if they came to being to what they have become now “naturally”, they can and have to go away NATURALLY as well. I hold on dearly to God’s Graces every day of my life!
You are one of those Graces indeed!

The most important thing is to be aware of where you are and where you would like to be, and I think the visualization really helps in that sense. Thanks a lot!!

Comment by Vera Jan 16, 10, 8:50 amHoi Esther, ik wil je bedanken voor de ontzettend prettige video’s. Als Nederlander woon ik in BC/Canada en ik kon maar geen prettige yoga-school vinden. Nu is dat niet eens meer nodig want U leert me alles. Ik ben eigenlijk nog maar een beginner maar doe sinds een aantal weken de sun salutation en moon salutation plus variaties en dat gaat al erg goed. Tenminste, ik hoop dat ik het goed doe, maar het voelt goed! Zou willen dat u hier in Canada kon komen lesgeven
