Yoga Class for Hips
Yoga video for the hips
When I made this video it was one of Ireland’s very rare very beautiful days, isn’t it a great country! Anyway…. back to yoga. When your hips are sore or stiff , when your lower back hurts, when you feel emotionally stuck, all good reasons to do this sequence!! Also for general maintenance for your hips, do this sequence now and than. Especially when you don’t like working on the hips, do it even more!!!
Be gentle though…. keep checking in how you, the hips, feel. You’re looking to open your body, to create space, not punish or push yourself.
As I keep saying …. most of all , enjoy!

Een paar proeflessen gedaan, maar nu is het zomer-stop en volg ik jouw lessen. Vandaag de Yoga Class for Hips gedaan en o wat is het leuk om samen met jou de oefeningen te doen!
Ik heb helemaal geen levende juf nodig!
En mooi weer die dag!

Hi Esther!
I have always been skeptical of yoga as workout. I always felt like a “slow” workout could not be effective and I would get bored.
However, I had to stop running when I hurt my foot and found yoga. I was surprised by how much I like yoga and how good it feels and effective it is as a workout!
I first found yoga on your beginner’s videos on YouTube. You are a great teacher and I love your website!
I now do at least one sequence every day when I wake up and usually a few more later if I do not do another workout… and I feel great after I do them!!
