Yoga for a really bad day
Hi everyone,
Here is a short sequence to do when things just do not go as planned! And you get frustrated and annoyed as a result of it, but cant hide! like me at the time when Im making this….
This sequence will shift your body chemistry (your mood) and you’ll feel good again after.
The poses I demonstrate in this sequence are:
downward facing dog pose / adho mukha svanasana
handstand / vrksasana
yoga push ups
low lunge / anjaneyasana
cobra / buhjangasana

Esther – I am so glad I found you!! Can you give us any help with coming from down dog to lunge. Are there strengthening exercises to get that leg forward??

Comment by Esther Apr 11, 09, 9:21 pmKeep trying, its partly core strength, the video yoga for core strength could be helpful….., as well from down dog inhale stretch r leg up in the air, exhale bring the weight forward 9 shoulders over wrist) and draw knee to chest, inhale stretch leg back up again, repeat 3-5 times. than other side. That will help strengthen that core part. Repeat that in every sequence you do till you can make the step.
