I feel like too much blood is pooling into my head in child pose, but I was somewhat sceptical to use any blocks (since an alternation could stress the neck, so I needed professional advice:D ).Thanks again

Hi,

thanks for the variation infos. You are really going for it, that is great! There is no rule to overdoing or under doing, everybody is different, your body will let you know :). Sounds you can start trying some other video's out...
Look for sun salutations. When ready try this out: http://www.yogatic.com/yoga-video/full-spectrum-yoga-sequence-standing-sitting-lying/
A yoga class usually lasts from 60 to 90 min. Within that time you warm up and do a relaxation.
Good luck!

These are perhaps the best online yoga videos I have come across, these are something that one can actually follow!I have a question, I have been doing the full series of your 'yoga for beginner' daily for the past 2 weeks and already feeling much fitter! But I am wondering what's next. What all should I add to my routine? Or should I change to an entirely different set? which one should those be?I have seen that you have many more yoga videos other than the beginner's ones. But I can't find what to choose next. Thanks again!

Have fun with it,
