Yoga for Core Strength
Hi Everyone,
Everybody these days talks about core strength… Follow these instructions and you will experience what core strength is, repeat these for a while at least 3 times per week, and you really get the benefits. you will feel stronger generally, your confidence goes up and back problems may disappear… definitely worth trying!
The poses I demonstrate in this sequence are:
staff pose / dandasana
side plank / vasisthasana
downward facing dog pose / adho mukha svanasana
half revolved belly pose / ardha jathara parivarttasana
dolphin pose
leg lifts
plank pose

I absolutely love how you take the extra time to describe the poses and how this website has the yoga poses and yoga dictionary. I have multiple yoga DVDs but I have a hard time following them or they are to advance and I cant do their poses, but now that I have found your website, I can go at my own pace and have you to help me understand how to do yoga right with our hurting my self. I also really appreciate how this site is free, im a full time student with a low paying job and can’t afford to subscribe to a site. Thank you so much, I absolutely LOVE this site!!!

Plus I discovered all the other great videos on here.
