Yoga for Flexibility
Hi Everybody,
After many request, here a sequence to help you get more flexible. Now almost all yoga poses will help you do that to a greater or lesser degree, but here a sequence to get you started. You’ll have to do it regular enough, a few times a week at least for you to notice an effect, how quickly you will notice is different for everybody but if you do something for a few weeks you should feel some difference.

easy pose / sukhasana
spinal flexes
side stretches
twists
reclining big toe pose / supta padangustasana
mountain pose / tadasana
standing forward bend / uttanasana
pigeon pose / eka pada rajakapotasana
butterfly pose / baddha konasana

If you’re looking for ideas for new videos, I would love your advice on exercises to do when you sit on a plane for a long flight (back, shoulders, legs)… also once you’ve landed, are there any particular poses you’d recommend to feel energized again and fight jetlag? Thank you so much!

I like your simply and easy to follow and understand Yoga. I’ve been practicing Yoga for just a month. I fell in love with Yoga and now I wnated to live a real Yoga life. I am wondering have you creat Yoga for flat Ab???

Hi Esther, thank you so much for the videos. i find that i am pretty flexible in all areas with the exception of my legs. i was hoping you could make a video for flexibility that focuses on the legs and hamstrings, or of you already have one?
