Yoga for a Headcold
Hi Everyone,
Here some exercises to do when you have a headcold and you feel miserable. This will at least make you feel a bit better, and free your head a bit. Let me know if it works for you ….
The poses I demonstrate in this sequence are:
standing forward fold / uttanasana
downward facing dog pose / adho mukha svanasana
rabbit pose / sasangasana
reclined bound angle pose / supta baddha konasana

Wow! This totally worked Esther! I couldn’t even BREATHE out of my nose, but by the time I had taken the third breath in Downward Facing Dog — I was all cleared up! The rest of the routine just unstuffed my head more. Thank you so much for all you do. I can’t tell you how much your site has helped me, from sleeplessness, to back aches, to getting more energy, and now this. Keep it up, you’re awesome!
