Yoga for in the car
Hi Everyone,
Here something to do when you’re stuck in traffic, or stressed in the car. You have to take responsibility for your own safety and always keep your eyes focused on the road and remain present and aware as you do these exercises!
Hope you enjoy this video,…

Hello Esther, thank you for this video. I do a lot of driving and find myself stiffening up from being in the car so long, so this is great.
I wonder if you could help with any yoga for shoulder bursitis. I have bursitis in my left shoulder and it stops me from doing yoga properly due to the pain from any tensioning or stretching of the arm/shoulder.
Thank you for all your videos. I’m currently living in an area where there isn’t a yoga instructor so I find them invaluable.
Regards,
Maggie

I am sure I can use this exercises not only in the car but also in my chair while I am working. Another good use is a cinema or any other place where you have to sit for a long time.

By the way, I use some of them on my website and a lot of my visitors really love them too.
Thanks Esther! Most of these exercises would also be good to do while waiting on line at the grocery store (although the hip rotators would probably elicit some shocked stares!) All good though— I just did them with you while sitting here at my desk.
