Hi Esther,
thanks a lot for your good work. I really appreciate your profound, detailed instructions, and your friendly and natural way of teaching. In my twenties i practised yoga as well, but over the years i forgot about it, and now (i´m 52) there are some severe pain issues established. Your videos helped a LOT to reduce that problems dramatically.
So, thanks again, and all the best to you!

I’m an artist and I get pain in my neck often.
I have done a little yoga off and on for about 3 years, and came across your demos tonight, now you’ve sent me on good tracks again ,I needed that company to get me started.you have a beautiful way of explaining.thank you for sharing your talent.

After several months of back pain that my friend was dealing with, I found your website and had him take a look at it. He found that working the hamstrings has helped immensely. For the first time in months, we’re planning on taking a trip that is 5 hours away as opposed to only being able to tolerate no more than 1/2 hour sitting in the car.
Your specific instructions are extremely helpful and I’ve also come to doing many of the yoga poses you show each morning and night. We’ve turned many of our friends onto your site. No other yoga DVDs or sites compare. Really.
Thanks so much! Kathy (New York)

Be well,
Esther
I LOVE the way you are clear in your directions. I’ve been doing some of these poses for years, but not quite exactly right. Your direction, for example, to keep the foot pointed up instead of rolled out to the side was extremely helpful. I could really feel the difference right away.
Thank you again!
