Yoga for Menstruation
Hi Everyone,
Here another reminder of yoga poses you can do when you are on your cycle. If you don’t want to keep going with your normal yoga practice, but you do want to feel good and open up, do this gentle sequence and feel the difference!
The poses I demonstrate here are:
Thunderbolt pose / Vajrasana
Gomukhasana arms
Shashankasana
Cat cow stetch
Head to knee pose / Janu Sirsanana

this is the best online yoga teacher.I saw the videos on youtube and i have done the yoga for beginners and yoga for begginers part 1.very helpful.I will cotinue doing this until I can follow to the next parts.

Thank you for all the videos :) What was this breathing called? I tried to find about it on yogatic but don’t even know how to spell that coorrectly. Is it yugayah?
