I've also found it to be really useful for rock climbing for both the physical benefits and the confidence it gives you. Can't imagine what I would do without my yoga training!

Hi Esther!

I use yoga to cross-train for all the sports I do. I'm a long distance (ultra marathon) runner and have been searching for a good resource for building up my core and, so important for running long distances and hills. I had also been looking for a source of strength-building that used my body weight instead of lots of equipment. I appreciate your providing this for others. I especially loved the vinyasa flow, and hope that you will provide other flow sequences in the future. Cheers!

Hi, Esther. Thank you for the site, getting into Yoga has been so good for me generally and alot has been to do with how available you've made the videos on your site. I was hoping to make a request? After not training my knees and running alot I've have had very weak ligaments and its taking alot of time to build up the muscles etc again. I find even the downward facing dog (especially) weakens my knees with the compression. Could you do a video for strengthening the knees and inner thighs? I'd be very grateful.
Thank you again, RachaelI have also been doing the chakra meditations (left comment a while ago) since then I have started to see people auras and been getting strong colour associations which is very exciting so again thank you!

Hi Esther,<br

Ive just uploaded a warm up for the winter time. In most of my sequences I have incorporated some sort of warm up, but when it gets colder you need more, so do this before the rest.

One question: is there any previous warm up that should be done, or can we jump right to the sequence?

Great sequence!
