Yoga for Seniors


Hi everyone, Here some basic stretches to do for when you are older or for whatever reason finding it difficult to get down on the floor. I’m sure there are some stretches in this sequence for everybody, no matter how stiff, old or handicapped….  Really it doesn’t matter what you can do, what matters is that you do something, anything that will get the circulation to flow and the joints to exercise!
