Yoga for Sore Shoulders
Hi Everyone,
Here some yoga exercises for you to do when your shoulders are stiff or sore. You can do something about stiff shoulders so get up from behind your computer and follow this sequence, you don’t need anything for it, you can do it here and now!

shoulder rolls
eagle arms / garudasana
cow face arms / gomukhasana

Tried these today after having really stiff shoulders from my gym workout the other day and it really got the blood flowing and my shoulders relaxed, thx :)

After proper warming of my muscles and doing your exercises I feel much better. I am very glad that I found your website because I would really like to learn yoga and your site looks very good.
