Yoga for weight loss (part 4) – Thighs & Butt
Hi Everyone,
Here it is, the final episode of yoga for weight loss. All about the thighs and the buttocks. whether you want to lose weight or just bring your body in shape. these are enjoyable exercises to do and you will notice a difference if you do them diligently. I would love some feedback on how stringing the 4 parts together has worked for you!
Yoga for weight loss series:
Part 1 – Visualisation of the series is still in a way the most important exercise, because if your subconscious mind stops believing that you can and will be healthier, stronger and thinner soon, than you can exercise and work out al you want but it won’t happen or stay.

Part 2 – Getting Moving! is also important because it works on getting you to move more, so work on yourself believing it and then go and do the work!
Part 3 Abs and Core This is all about stomach and abs routines which are very effective for strenghtening your core and trimming your tummy…
Part 4 Thighs and Butt This video focuses on burning it off your thighs and butt – and enjoyable yoga routine

Dear Esther,
You definitely inspire me! I’ve never felt so confident that I become thinner and healthier. You’re visualization video really put things into perspective for me. I have been exercising with your videos for the past week and I’ve been eating healthier and I’ve already lost 3 pounds! I’m really thankful that I found your website because I am going to live a healthier lifestyle. Most of all I look forward to just feeling happier. I’ve done your “happy yoga” video a couple times and it really does lift your mood! I was wondering, do you have any videos for migraine headaches? Oh and I showed your website to a friend and my mom and they’re also going to start following your work out plans! Thank you Esther!!
Sincerely,

Comment by Letty Feb 03, 10, 4:50 amGreat Yoga video series you got posted here on your blog. I like the idea and the exercise behind it.
Weight loss and any type of weight loss go hand in hand. One can only benefit from reading your posts if they are implementing what you’re saying.

Hi Shalif, Feeling some vibration can be form the fact that you move energy through the body. What it is exactly I don’t know, and I can’t asses your posture from here. If it does not feel good, go to a life teacher, who can work with you!

Hello Esther, by chance and only recently I found your website and I am really glad I did. It is a true pleasure and very mood-lifting to flip through and try out things.
Comment by M. Mar 07, 10, 12:05 pmSo, a warm thanks to you! I really enjoy the weight-loss series and would like to give you my feedback on it. So far I cannot say whether I will shape up but I feel it is a nice rounding practice, especially with the visualizations in the beginning and inbetween. Those set a good motivation and also and keep it going. So, I was wondering, may be a fifth part might yet round it off with a few more practices (body side lines, perhaps?) and escpecially an end sort of visualization for carrying with you through the day.
Kristine in this comment list brought up the problem of migraine. As I also struggle with it, I was thinking that you may have some ideas or would consider a video on that.
Anyway, I wish you all the best and send my greetings from Germany, M.
I have added it to my list of yoga video’s to make. I’m glad you are enjoying the video’s :)

Comment by Mel Mar 17, 10, 9:07 pmHello,
Comment by Lissette Mar 26, 10, 5:53 pmJust would like to thank you for your videos. I also found your home video showing the contents of your fridge very helpful. I am on my 4th week now of doing your videos almost everyday and I feel wonderful, healthy and in good spirits. I do a lot of heavy lifting at work and find my core muscles stronger now that I have being following your videos. I am wondering what I can do about making my chest feel more open, shoulders back…i find most stretches bring the body in. Also, I am trying to get pregnant, do you have any videos that help with fertility.
Blessings.
it was amaizing!! i m from turkey, and i following your videos. thank you so much!
Comment by yagmur Mar 27, 10, 12:50 pmhey Esther, thanks for your videos! i must say however you make the workout seem so easy!!
i haven’t been doing yoga for too long, just a couple of months, however i find that the most difficult poses for me are those having to do with my thighs. i have always had a problem with this area, i don’t even manage to sit with my legs spread apart and crossed as my inner thigh won’t stretch far enoungh..
i found part 4 most challenging, is it normal not to be able to hold up my leg so high like you do, in the pose where you are on all fours and stretching one leg to the side?
your feedback will be most appreciated!
thanks again!! =)

Hi Esther,
Comment by Julia from Canada Jun 08, 10, 4:12 pmI just want to say thank you for being an inspiration to me! My life as a student is busy and I’m constantly hunched over at a desk or computer. With my busy schedule it’s hard for me to keep a constant gym routine…Your videos have saved me! I can do yoga now whenever I have time, my favourite is in the morning right when I wake up :)
Your voice is very calming and your way is just so soothing, I truly enjoy every aspect of your videos. You are a very talented and gifted woman and I wish you all the best! Thank you for all you’ve given to the world, I look forward every morning to beginning my day with you.
