Yoga pose: Utkatasana or chair pose
Hi everyone,
This pose is great, not easy, but great! It really tells you something about your bodiesĀ strengths and weaknesses. Practice it to strengthen you abs, spine, legs, to stimulate your internal organs, to open your chest and shoulders etc.
I enjoy practicing it at the end of a standing series to balance the back after doing a- symmetrical standing poses.
