You are mentioning it already, you should keep being aware of the inner arches lifting during balance poses, still grounding all toes and four corners of the feet, and always keep your knees in a micro bend, still learning to pull up the hamstrings towards the hips. Start with a hand against the wall till you feel you&#039;ve got it!

My name is Kelley and I have had a lot of trouble with finding my center of balance.  I think it might also be difficult for me because my feet naturally roll in even when I am walking.  Allso my knees are a little hyper extended so I balance wierd.  Do you have any suggestions?</description>

stand with feet shoulder width apart, keep your feet well grounded. Move your body from side to side, moving from the hips, so your arms will swing around your body, when you keep your arms completely relaxed,  they fold around your body. do everyday for a few minutes, its actually quite nice.
