Stressed…here's yoga to relax!
Hi Everyone,
I made this yoga video to help you relieve stress and wind down. You can follow this routine before going to bed or at any other time during the day that you want to calm your mind down. Also this is a brilliant sequence to end your yoga practice with, so add this to any of my other routines that you like to do first!
The poses I demonstrate in this sequence are:
bridge pose / setu bandha sarvangasana
shoulderstand / salamba sarvangasana
plough pose / halasana
fish pose / matsyasana
half revolved belly pose / ardha jathara parivarttanasana

Comment by Ashlee Dec 30, 08, 1:03 amI’ve not long started Yoga and I really enjoy it.
You’re a great teacher and very easy to follow.
I’ve found out since doing your routines that it has suppressed my appetite which is good because I had such a huge one.
Just writing to say thanks!

Hi Esther,
Comment by Amelia Feb 03, 09, 12:55 amI just found your website, I love it! I am 15 years old and most classes are a bit expensive for me so your videos are great. I was just going to say that it is good for women to know that you should not do shoulder stands if you have your period because it can stop the flow which is not good. Just putting that out there,
thanks
Hi Hi Esther,
I am HK Chinese. I start to practice yoga for half year and i love it very much. I really love to visit yogatic because you demostrate the pose very profressional and clear and I like you lovely black cat. He is so cute.
I am 35, is it too late to start yoga? It was really hard for me to open up my stiffness joints especially for shoulder and upper back.
Thanks a lots Esther!!!
Comment by Kennis May 04, 09, 1:59 pmIt is never too late to start yoga, you can start yoga any time at any age. Its about gradually opening up and strengthening your body and keeping it flexible and strong to the best of your ability. 35 is a great age to start off…. keep it up and enjoy the process.
