Comment by Sharon Deasy Jun 15, 08, 7:06 pmI am from Malaysia, thank you so much for teaching Yoga for free. I used to buy VCD to do yoga & Pilates but after getting bored doing over and over again, then have to buy another one and ended up so many of them. So I search thru the net but many aren’t for free, their purpose is to sell yoga’s book or VCD. So I don’t know why you give us for free. Videojug.com is free too and I have learned a lot there, but they advertise other company’s product. So I don’t know how you earn your money. May God Bless you in others way. Your yoga videos are easy to understand and follow, your appearance and voice are charming, I give u 100% overall. By the way I like the place, its cozy and nature, is like some sort of a tree house. I even dream of it after watching the video. Hope u can email me lots of pictures of this house; maybe I will design my future home similar to it. I was obese with size XXL and had lost 20kg; now size XS in less than 2 years by exercising, eating simple and high motivation. I will continue to keep myself healthy by doing Yoga. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!
Comment by Yen Khim Sep 02, 08, 8:18 amHi Esther,
I’ve been a regular visitor for the past few weeks, and I love your site. I’m fairly athletic, but mostly I play soccer, tennis, or lift weights. Your routines have been a great supplement.
Thanks!
Comment by Nick Sep 09, 08, 12:16 amhallo esther. i am from israel. i think you are doing a wonderfull job. exspecially for a beginner like me. maby you shoud add a spotlight pointed at you during the poses. also if you talk in your voice after you finish the video it will be much easier for you. anyway thanks a lot and continue doing this.
Comment by mordechai Sep 15, 08, 11:13 pmHi Esther,
finally I’ve seen Cobra and Upward Dog in one sequence and could see clearly the difference. I wasn’t clear about this. Also, how you come up into Warrior II is original. Thanks for that.
Á propos Warrior II, what should I do when my hips are not yet open enough to do a real Warrior II, if you know what I mean? I can’t bring the front leg fully sideways.
I love that pose, it’s beautiful…
Namasté,
Roman

Thanks
