Yoga video for Insomnia
Hi everyone,
if you have trouble sleeping try these few yoga exercises in the evening before going to bed. They help wind you down and promote sleep. There is more you can do for insomnia than yoga, no television, newspapers even reading for at least 2 hours before you go to bed, a warm shower or bath is helpful. Basically giving your body and mind time to unwind before getting into bed.
The poses I demonstrate in this sequence are:
supported downward facing dog / adho mukha svanasana
legs up against the wall pose / vipariti karani
child pose / balasana

I suffer form Insomnia, I am gonna try this pose tonight and hopefully it will work for me. I have never tried Yoga before I came across your site on youtube and I’m already a lover of Yoga. This site is very informative and has given me the confidence to try. I also can’t believe its all free wow
