Yoga video for Insomnia
Hi everyone,
if you have trouble sleeping try these few yoga exercises in the evening before going to bed. They help wind you down and promote sleep. There is more you can do for insomnia than yoga, no television, newspapers even reading for at least 2 hours before you go to bed, a warm shower or bath is helpful. Basically giving your body and mind time to unwind before getting into bed.
The poses I demonstrate in this sequence are:
supported downward facing dog / adho mukha svanasana
legs up against the wall pose / vipariti karani
child pose / balasana

I suffer form Insomnia, I am gonna try this pose tonight and hopefully it will work for me. I have never tried Yoga before I came across your site on youtube and I’m already a lover of Yoga. This site is very informative and has given me the confidence to try. I also can’t believe its all free wow

Hello,
I’ve discovered your website a long time ago and since we offered me a carpet thing and music for yoga this christmas, I’ve started doing some in the morning (which is true is really good ’cause I’m up all day and much more into my work). But I just watch and note all about what you do in the morning and will try that tomorrow. And I have difficulties to sleep (even if I change all my day organisations and my way of living to stay in good mental health for work) so I’ll try that and tell you about it !
And after that I’ll try the meditation (I tried to get into that helping myself with books but you cleared up how to get into it)!
It’s really a good thing to offer people all of that for free and make us able to do it at home or anywhere, you are a really nice person to do that and it’s obvious that you’re much more into yoga and the spirits of feeling good about ourselves and thank’s helping us getting there!!
I also would like to know if you have advices to give about a quick thing to do (mind or physic) to prepare ourselves before magnetism (sometimes I can’t concentrate or sometimes I just take all energies without wishing to) to be able to have enough strengh in our mind to control energies. If you have any ideas I’m interested!
