HI Everyone,
If you have pain in your hand, arm ,wrist, shoulder, and you sit in front of a computer a lot, these are stretches you need to do, regularly. Really regularly, a few times a day really, taking a break from the screen. Try it out and make sure your symptoms don’t get out of control,
