Yoga Video for Weight Loss
Hi everyone,
Here a yoga routine to help you stay positive in your quest of loosing weight. To loose weight you need to eat less, healthy and exercise. Also most likely you need to have a look at your subconscious believes around food, yourself and your weight. This video will help you with the exercise part.

The poses you repeat in this sequence are:
mountain pose / tadasana
chair pose or powerful pose / utkatasana
standing forward bend / uttanasana
downward facing dog pose / adho mukha svanasana
warrior I / virabhadrasana
garland pose / malasana

You would be very welcome, I have a lovely holiday chalet on the land for rent. As well we are thinking about organizing a yoga week next summer, don’t know the location yet though!

I loved your video. I wish you put more videos for Lose weight, because for many women like me being overweight is a relly serious problem and losing it with a relaxing way like yoga is really easy.

We are working on my dvd at the moment, almost finished….

not the hour yet, but you could fit the arms and abs in after the standing postures and the warm up before everything. That should give you an hour.

i started out doing the yoga videos for beginners on youtube. its really helped a lot i lost three pounds already, which is great because i have asthama and even my ballet makes me weeze. i would love to see more videos like this and more for beginners. there amazing and you are wonderful. thank you so much.
