Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Hi Everyone,
Here another vinyasa flow for you to practice. I would recommend to warm up first by doing a few sun salutations or my warm up video http://www.yogatic.com/yoga-video/warming-up-sequence/ .
The poses I demonstrate are:
Warrior II / Virabhadrasana II
Triangle pose / Utthita trikonansana
Side angle pose / Utthita parsvakonasana
Sun warrior or Reversed warrior pose
Wide legged forward bend / Prasarita paddotanasana (variation)
once you remeber the sequence you can do it in your own ryhtme!
enjoy,
Esther

Comment by Andrew Bryan Nov 03, 09, 12:18 amI’m a recent convert to yoga. I’ve discovered how much it benefits me, including both everyday life and my athletics. Its nice to have a website to come to where I can easily follow and learn many different yoga poses and sequences. This particular video is one of my favorites. Thank Esther!!!

Comment by John Nov 14, 09, 2:40 pmHi Esther,
I would like to let you know that I have been doing yoga with you for approx 3 months and I can feel a huge difference in my flexibility and I am 56 years old. I just came back from a workshop entitled Anandaprema. The theacher is Veronique Dumont from the Institut du développement de la personne located in Knowlton, Québec, Canada. She went to the United States to be trained by Miss Shivarya a well know Yoga teacher. We had approximately 7 to 8 hours of intermediate vinyasa yoga which I was able to do almost everything. I came back with a huge and thick energy all around my body and that gave me the urge to do even more. I did not noticed before that you had Vinyassa so I did this one just now and enjoyed it very much.
thank you very much for all those amazing videos
