Be Careful With Yoga
Yoga is a wonderful discipline and Esther has been studying yoga for over 20 years. When you are starting out bear in mind that you should begin gently. Yogatic! has yoga information for all levels of yoga students. Don’t expect to be able to perform all the difficult poses immediately.
It should be clear that not all poses and variations are appropriate for all people. It is your responsibility to know your own body and its limitations and to choose suitable practices.

Esther-
I have never really tried to do yoga before, but I found you on you tube and enjoyed your lessons. I decided to look at your website and was fascinated with everything that you are able to do and the even better part that you want to share it with the world. I was wondering if you had a section of this website for beginners- I do not go to any classes, but I know that I am pretty flexable. I can touch the ground with the palms of my hands when I bend over and I actually tried out some of the poses - and have done stretches like some of the yoga poses for years without even knowing it, What might someone try to do in my situation (as I am new and would like to learn)?
Thank you for sharing your Knowledge,

Hello Esther,
I enjoy your educational film clips and am looking for a resource like this to feature on the ecommerce site I am building. My store will sell higher-end yoga mat bags and mats, at first, other products gradually. Would you be interested in letting me rotate your instructional film clips on my home page and also feature them in monthly emails to my customers? I’m glad to try to answer any of your questions. If you would like to see an extremely rough draft of the site, which needs a lot of work, but shows you the space I have in mind for your film clips on my homepage, see http://www.yogacloud.com/newsite/index.asp
Thanks for your consideration - Mark Abner

Hi Esther,
I really enjoyed watching your videos. I am glad that you give explanations too, where as many people skip it. I wanted to request you to guide me for my hunched shoulders. which asanas would be suitable, and how frequently should i do them.
I hope you keep updating your videos.
Thank you.

Comment by yogatic Sep 03, 08, 10:39 amRita, about your hunched shoulders, till I make something more specialized, You can do the video yoga routine for upper and mid back strengthening.
That will really help you. Start by holding the poses for 5 breaths at a time and build up to holding them for up to 15 breaths. Every day would be recommended, otherwise 3 times a week.
Also the video mobilize your upper back is something you should really do every other day.
Hope this will get you started!
Hi Esther,
