Inspiration

Esther is inspired by her knowledge and experience that reality is a different thing than how we perceive it to be. She is always looking for ways to help herself and others experience life fully, not clouded by childhood experiences, beliefs and trauma’s.

Esther has experienced that you look at life through a lens of the past, and that lens determines how you see and experience reality, as if you place an old picture on a new situation, and that old picture gives you information as to how to deal with things. Those, mostly unconscious beliefs about life, also keeps you trapped in your experiences, making it very hard to change your “life story”.

She has learned that this happens beyond our conscious control. It is the unconscious mind that makes this happen, the unconscious mind does this to protect you, not to make life more difficult. Unfortunately though it does just that, it creates suffering.

Looking through the eyes of your past experiences stops you seeing the simplicity of every moment, and in stead makes you fight monsters from a long time ago.

To experience life as it is, moment by moment, she believes it is important to reassure your unconscious mind that now everything is ok, and that the past is gone.

Yoga is one way to reassure your unconscious mind, it draws you into your body, calms the mind, especially the unconscious part, and can give you an experience of peace because you are present in the moment. After a while you will be more and more able to transfer those moments to your daily life.

As soon as you have created enough space and relaxation in the unconscious part of your mind, “to stop fighting old monsters from your past”, you can begin to either change your “life story”, or you’ll see that the reality is perfect as it is. Than life will be a celebration, and Esther believes that that is what we are all here for to experience.
